LEGAL GUARANTEE

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

16G gauge

G16 (grey) IV cannulas are sterile, single-use intravenous catheters designed for the rapid administration of infusion solutions, blood transfusions and intravenous treatment in medical emergencies.
Made of high-quality biocompatible materials, these cannulas provide safety, high flow and comfort for the patient.

The needle is made of siliconised stainless steel for smooth, atraumatic penetration, and the Teflon (PTFE) or medical polyurethane catheter is flexible, smooth and easy to handle.
The cannula has a Luer Lock valve and a protective cap that prevent leaks and contamination.

The grey colour identifies the G16 (1.7 x 45 mm) size under the ISO codes; it is often used in emergency care, intensive care and transfusion because of its high flow rate of about 180 ml/min.

18G gauge

G18 (green) IV cannulas are sterile, single-use medical devices used for peripheral venous catheterisation and the rapid administration of infusion solutions, intravenous treatment and blood sampling.
Made of biocompatible, non-toxic materials (Teflon/PUR catheter), they provide safety, durability and optimal comfort during use.

The cannula has a medical-grade stainless steel needle with a silicone coating for smooth, atraumatic penetration. The flexible catheter reduces the risk of irritation and venous trauma and makes secure fixation easier throughout therapy.

The cannula has a Luer Lock valve and a protective cap to prevent leaks and accidental contamination.
The green colour identifies the G18 (1.3 x 45 mm) size under the international ISO codes.
