14-day right of withdrawal

This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Romanian version prevails.

If you are an individual buying outside your professional activity (a consumer within the meaning of OUG 34/2014), you can cancel an online order within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving a reason. If the products in an order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

How to tell us

The easiest way is the return form below: fill it in and press “Confirm withdrawal”. We immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt with the text of the form, the date and the time. You can also use the model form or any other clear statement, sent to office@profipentrusanatate.ro or by post to the warehouse address. What matters is that you tell us before the 14 days are up; keep proof that you sent it. If you have an account, you can follow the request under “Quotes and returns”.

Returning the products

Send the products back within 14 days of the date you told us, to PROFI PENTRU SĂNĂTATE S.R.L., B-dul Eroilor nr. 126, 077190 Voluntari, jud. Ilfov. You pay the direct cost of the return. You may inspect the products as you would in a shop; you are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond that inspection.

Refund

We refund all amounts paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of the date you told us about the withdrawal. We use the same payment method, free of charge, unless we agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first. If you chose a more expensive delivery than the standard one, the difference is not refunded.

When it does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons if you unsealed them after delivery, to products made to your specifications, or to products that can deteriorate or expire quickly. The products concerned are marked on their page and in the cart, before you order. A product being medical does not, on its own, exclude it from the right of withdrawal. If a product is not in conformity, you still have your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed by legal entities for professional purposes; the return conditions are on the Returns and warranty page. Legal basis: Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014, articles 9-16 and annex.
