Enter the legal entity’s name, tax ID, Trade Register number and delivery address. It takes a few minutes.

We check your details

We verify your tax ID and enable payment by bank transfer. If you buy in volume, we also discuss a partner price list.

Step 3

Place your orders

From the catalogue, from your shopping list or directly by code with quick order. The invoice is issued with your tax ID.

Bank transfer is available only to legal entity accounts with a verified tax ID.

You can also pay online by card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard).

Frequently asked questions

Can I order as an individual?

Yes. The minimum order and delivery thresholds are the same. Bank transfer and partner prices, however, are only for legal entity accounts.

How long does it take to verify a legal entity account?

Usually the same working day. If you send the request on Friday evening, it will be active on Monday.

Are the prices on the website with or without VAT?

Without an account, you first see the price including VAT, marked “VAT incl.”, with the price excluding VAT, marked “+ VAT”, below it. Once you sign in with a legal entity account, the large price is the one excluding VAT. The free delivery threshold of 300 lei + VAT is calculated on the value excluding VAT.

Do you deliver to the Republic of Moldova?

We also deliver to the Republic of Moldova, but the terms are agreed per order. Write to office@profipentrusanatate.ro with the list of products and the delivery address.

What if a product isn’t in the catalogue?

Request it with the form on the Made-to-order products page. We will source it from the suppliers we work with and tell you the price and lead time.
