Cookie policy

This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference between the two versions, the Romanian version prevails.

This policy explains what cookies are, which cookies and other data the www.profipentrusanatate.ro website keeps in your browser, why we use them and how you manage your consent.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser when you visit it and reads on later visits. Some features of the website also keep data in the browser’s storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). We treat them all the same way: we use the necessary ones without consent, as allowed by Romanian Law no. 506/2004, and the others only after you have given your consent.

The website is run by PROFI PENTRU SĂNĂTATE S.R.L., tax ID RO 35769300, registered office at Str. Ion Băiesu, Bl. C3, Parter, 120037 Buzău, Buzău County, Romania.

Cookie categories

• Necessary: without them the cart, the account, checkout and the storage of your cookie choice do not work. We do not use them for advertising or statistics and we do not ask for your consent for them.
• Preferences: keep your recent searches and load the Google map on the Contact page and the product videos.
• Statistics: show us how many visits the website gets, which pages are read and where orders come from.
• Marketing: measures whether a visit that came from a Google ad ended with an order. It only works together with Statistics.

The cookies we use

Necessary

Name	Purpose	Duration
wp_woocommerce_session_… WooCommerce	Remembers your cart.	2 days
woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart WooCommerce	Show that you have products in your cart and whether anything has changed.	Until you close the browser
wordpress_logged_in_…, wordpress_sec_… WordPress	Keep you signed in to your account.	Until you close the browser, or 14 days if you tick “Remember me”
wordpress_test_cookie WordPress	Checks, when you sign in, whether the browser accepts cookies.	Until you close the browser
pps_consent_v1 Profi pentru Sănătate	Stores your cookie choice.	Up to 180 days
pps_css Profi pentru Sănătate	Shows that the browser already has the website’s styles, so the next pages load faster. It contains no data about you.	7 days
pps_stare Profi pentru Sănătate	Marks signing in or out, so you don’t see an outdated page after the change.	Until you close the browser
wp-settings-… WordPress	Only for the team that runs the website: preferences in the admin panel.	1 year

Preferences

The map on the Contact page (Google Maps) and the product videos (YouTube or Vimeo) only load if you accept the Preferences category. Until then you see a message in their place and your browser does not connect to these providers. Once you allow them, the provider receives your browser’s connection and may use its own cookies, under its own rules. Bizoo reviews are displayed by our server, with no browser connection to Bizoo and no Bizoo cookies.

Statistics

Name	Purpose	Duration
_ga, _ga_… Google Analytics 4	Counts visits and page views using a random browser identifier.	2 years
sbjs_… WooCommerce, order attribution	Remembers where the visit came from (for example a Google search or a link), so we know where orders come from.	Until you close the browser
sbjs_session WooCommerce, order attribution	Counts the pages in the current visit.	30 minutes

Marketing

Name	Purpose	Duration
_gcl_au Google Ads	Measures whether a visit that came from a Google ad ended with an order.	90 days

Other data kept in your browser

Some features keep data in the browser’s storage rather than in cookies. This data is not sent to the server automatically and is not shared with other companies.

Name	Purpose	Duration
pps_cos_numar	The number of products in your cart when you return to a page with the Back button.	Until you delete it from the browser
pps_lista	My list, for visitors without an account. You create it.	Until you delete it
pps-stare-ultima, pps_consent_changed	Update your other open tabs when you sign in, sign out or change your cookie choice.	Until you delete them from the browser
pps-navigare-geo, pps-navigare-schelete	The dimensions of pages you have already visited, so moving from one page to the next is smooth.	Until you delete them from the browser
pps_consent_dismissed, pps-nav-poz, pps-nav-oprit, pps:catalog-filter-return, pps-observatii-comanda	The state of the current tab: the cookie banner closed, your position on the page, the catalogue filters and the notes you wrote at checkout.	Until you close the tab
pps_cautari, pps_cautari_en Only with consent for Preferences	Your last 5 searches, so you can repeat them with one click.	Until you delete them or withdraw your consent

How you manage your consent

On your first visit we show you the “You choose the cookies” banner. You can refuse all optional cookies with a single click, just as easily as you can accept them, or choose by category. No optional category is pre-ticked and you can use the website without choosing.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer of every page, or here:

Open cookie settings

If you withdraw your consent, we turn these features off when the page reloads and delete the stored searches and the statistics and marketing cookies set on this website. You can delete the cookies Google sets on its own domains from your browser settings. You can also block or delete any cookie from your browser settings; if you block the necessary ones, the cart and the account may not work.

How long we keep your choice

Your choice in this browser is kept for 180 days at most, until we change the policy or until you delete the cookie. As proof, the consent log keeps the date and time, the policy version and your options for 180 days under a pseudonymous code, then deletes them. It does not record your name, email or IP address.

External providers

Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Maps and YouTube) and Vimeo use the data they receive under their own rules: the Google privacy policy and the Vimeo privacy policy. Their services only load in the categories you have consented to.
