LEGAL GUARANTEE

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Spray for fixing cytological samples
Composition: deionised water, isopropyl, polyethylene glycol, monopropylene glycol.
The solution is colourless and the bottle contains 180 ml.
The cytology fixative spray contains alcohol to preserve and transport cytology specimens.
The product is designed to preserve smears of cellular material, such as Papanicolaou smears, for subsequent staining.
For Papanicolaou smears:
1. Label the glass part of the microscope slide with the patient's identification details
2. Cover half of the glass slide with a piece of paper if applying two samples to the same slide (one from a cervical scraper and one from a cytology brush)
3. Immediately after preparing the smear, hold the Cytology Fixative Spray container 6-8 inch (15-20 cm) from the slide and spray the entire smear evenly by pressing the plunger 2-3 times.
4. Allow the smear to dry thoroughly before staining, performing cytochemical or other molecular biology detection methods, or sending the sample to the laboratory.

For immunodetection or in situ molecular detection systems, please refer to the manufacturer's instructions. Spray bottle 180 ml.
